CLEVELAND CHRISTIAN SCHOOL

Welcome to the home of The Crusaders

Cleveland Christian School (CCS) has been serving Cleveland and the surrounding area since 1983. During this time, CCS has been privileged to serve literally hundreds of students and families with the “School of Tomorrow”, Accelerated Christian Education (A.C.E.) PACE curriculum.

We offer classes beginning with our K-5 program and continuing through High School. Our school year begins in August and closes at the end of May. School hours are from 8:30-3:30 with the exception of Wednesday when we dismiss at 2:30.

Importance of Christian Education

Cleveland Christian School is but one of the many ministries of Cleveland Christian Fellowship promoting the “total family ministry” concept. The pastor, trustees, and staff of Cleveland Christian Fellowship believe God commissioned this school at the local church for our children. According to Deuteronomy 6 and Proverbs 22:6, we have been given a mandate from God to train our children in the way they should go. Anything short of a God-centered, Bible based education is an inferior education.

We in Christian Education believe all truth comes from God and that we can only make Godly
choices by knowing His will, which is His Word. Unless we choose to trust God with the education of our children in the Christian School, they will be taught from a philosophical base which denies God, exalts man, and leads into ways of thinking which are contrary to God’s ways.

Attendance at Cleveland Christian School is a privilege and not a right. The goal of this school is not to reform, but to train Christian youth in the highest principles of Christian leadership, self-discipline, individual responsibility, personal integrity, and good citizenship. This school stands without apology for the highest standards of morality and Christian behavior.

Our desire is that children are released into the world not only with an educated mind, but also with a highly trained spirit, a fervent love for God and His Word, and a mind and body consecrated and dedicated unto Him.
